There's a large (older but good) study from Jamaica. They could not find any harm in babies where there mother smoked quite a lot of weed LOL. It's still one of the best studies out there because of the size and methods. Many studies have tried to find "harms" over the years, most were directly funded by big pharma, and/or had really bad flaws and bias. Katie's specialists actually sat down and tried to find anything legit about cannabis harming unborn babies, and they couldn't. They ended up admitting to us they can't find any good evidence it could harm the baby and gave her their full blessing. It was quite vindicating to hear a whole group of specialists couldn't find anything. Our research holds up to scrutiny! But yeah she (your wife) only needs a tiny amount and that's great. The CBD does most of the work, although THC definitely has its own anti-emetic properties as well. Full spectrum oils and tinctures (from low THC strains) might be great for her. All the best to you guys.
