Any group of people with a majority has the power and does not need to bow to bullies. In your county there was a majority of people who refused to comply. Here it's currently about 30 or 40% and slowly rising. We are saying "no" and refusing to comply but the collaborators outnumber us for now. It isn't just about wanting the power and taking it, you've also got to have the numbers!
