How do you buy it there? Break up a govt cigarette? Or buy pouch tobacco? Here, cigarettes are full of chemicals, but pouch tobacco is somewhat more pure. And you can grow your own if you know what you're doing, that would probably be fairly healthy actually (as far as smoking things goes).
