Just be really careful when using neem (azadirachtin), which many growers believe should never be used on cannabis at any stage, and is the real cause of CHS (cannabis hyperemesis syndrome). The cannabis plant is one of the best known remediators (it holds chemicals in the roots, leaves, flowers, etc) and azadirachtin builds up even in the vegetative stage. It ends up in the finished product, and in high doses causes vomiting and other symptoms. I'm sure there are worse methods to use but I also think there are better. You likely have already heard all this before, but you did mention that spraying is okay before budding, which I think is somewhat unconfirmed and controversial. If anyone has good info on this I'd be interested to read it!
