We need to just end prohibition. No laws! Let the people decide. Education, no punishment. Free markets, not a corporate monopoly. Nobody in prison for peacefully growing plants. Then the patients will have access to the best cannabis possible, at free market (competitive) prices. A really nice ounce could cost $25 or so. Just end the bad laws. Decriminalize!
