So this is a way to avoid using too many resource credits?
If so, I guess it is of no use to me, because I have never run out of Resource Credits, and doing little things like voting only uses like 0.00001% of my RC. I think anyone with some HIVE in their account should have enough RC to do their 10 votes per day..?
