No. Businesses that post hours of operation and are open to the public are not allowed to refuse service to customers except for very specific reasons. Consult a lawyer or just run some searches online. This is true here in Canada, in the USA, and most Western nations. That's why businesses have to be granted the specific right (as discussed in this post) to discriminate against people who haven't taken a Covid "vaccine".
