These products don't have to be an instant kill shot for them to be a form of population control, so that's a false dichotomy. For example, something that gave the entire world cancer and infertility at the same time would be a form of population control, but almost nobody would die within the first year. Just one example.

But I'm not necessarily trying to make the point that these vaccines are population control, anyway. Personally I think it's mostly about the "immunity passports", which will be closely linked to the jabs themselves. No jab, no passport. And the passports will be the ticket to mainstream society. Then, almost anything can be done by those in power. If they want, they can pretty much kill everybody without much resistance at that point. For example, to keep your immunity passport working, you need to get more shots. And at some point, something can "accidentally" make it into billions of doses, and voila, there's your population control. It doesn't have to be in the first 2 doses... although they are fairly toxic themselves.

As for J&J, it might be hard to get. Canada won't give it anymore, and neither will quite a few other countries. It was banned in the USA in April because of the blood clotting issue, but recently unbanned, although it isn't actually being given as far as I know.
