Pine needle tea, nice! Heard lots about it but haven't seen anyone making it yet.
That looks like a puff to me but I'm not a mushroom expert. I'd like to be, though! Mushrooms are a very interesting type of life form, and also pretty tasty (when they don't make you sick).
Peppers, salad, and everything else looks great!
Have you been having moderate temperatures? Most of my spring crops kept dying on me until a few weeks ago when the nights warmed up, but now we're getting 40oC every day, which has killed them off again. No cukes, lettuce, peas, garlic, etc. Beans, tomatoes, and squash (all summer plants) are coming along now, but only slowly, as it's hard to put down roots when the sun is this intense. I've never had such a rough year for growing, except maybe since 2011. That was the first year I really noticed geoengineering (then still a conspiracy theory) in Vancouver. We got 2 years without sunshine. TWO YEARS! But the newspaper kept saying it was sunny, and sun was in the forecast. But there was none, not a ray. Crops failed across the region and farmers had to be bailed out 2 years in a row. Only a few years later did they announce it had been the result of rain seeding experiments. "Do it to Vancouver, they'll never know the difference, it's always raining there!" Yeah, well, we noticed the difference. I have 2 years of garden videos on YouTube to prove it. I started each with "we still haven't seen the sun in X months" and a hint that the government was to blame (which was always brushed off by the majority of my subscribers). Now it's common knowledge, all over CNN like it was always that way. Of course the government influences the weather, duh!!
