Metals like copper and aluminum offer some protection, but I don't have details (and not sure anyone really does). Also, if you aren't known to be "one of those crazy conspiracy theorists" before you start wallpapering with tinfoil, you will be after! ;P
My wife and I have a vision that either crypto or silver will do a x100, and land will get cheap at the same time (yeah right)... and we'll have our dream cottage homestead type place. Something to hold on to, anyway. BC has plenty of land but it has been made expensive. Also, owning land in the current world isn't easy for people like us, who have been getting less and less involved with the system for many years. We don't really have credit ratings anymore, or bank account, or even current IDs. We're getting kind of wild! Hehe.
