That sounds promising. I'm guarded though, since everything seems to require a smart device now, even crypto. I will never touch one, and I'm unbanked (and probably will remain so). Crypto really needs to finally come through for the average little guy, asap! Imagine the adoption that could happen, if people like me (who care about privacy and decentralization) suddenly got involved? I think there are a lot of us out here. I hope the future of crypto (and Hive specifically) do not exclude people on PCs, but since it has been 10+ years without progress, I'll believe it when I see it. (If I was a coder I'd try and help make it happen, but I'm merely a content-creator, so I will stick to what I'm good at.) Free market visions are dancing in my head like sugarplums.

Damn, I thought I changed my recovery account? Peakd warned me about that when I logged in a while back, and I followed the steps, and it was successfully changed. I have the screenshots. Has it changed back? I will have to look into that, thanks for letting me know.

How does one get started with the account claiming process? If there are multiple methods, which do you recommend for me?

PS: My powerup has made me feel slightly mighty. I now control more than 1 USD per day of Hive growth. Also, I'm glad to have some direction again. Not powering up for several months felt strange, but I just couldn't bring myself to feel that confident about the future here, after a thousand days of nonstop heartbreak. I'm comfortable enough now to say I'll be here for the next little while, anyway. I have just finished moving across the last of my Steem. I feel good about Leofinance, Weedcash, Hive Engine, and 3Speak. I believe there is a very solid backbone of infrastructure here. If it stays open source and as decentralized as possible, the future seems bright. We're up against powerful and dark forces of course, but we knew that going in, and we're set up to withstand it.
