Like I said, he's living large in a beautiful house near Vancouver. And he doesn't have any other income, so it's coming from 2 sources: direct donations, and earnings through platforms like Steem, Hive, LBRY, etc. I would love to see that spread out a little more, so that we could reach more people with the message of Liberty. Centralizing alternative media into just 3 or 4 voices seems like repeating the problem we had with mainstream media. If these 3 or 4 voices are making so much money they're able to take time off, and enough they're able to invest in precious metals and cryptos, I get it, we live in a system that allows that kind of behaviour (we call it "capitalism" a lot of the time). But I don't have to like it, and I remain of the opinion that spread out over many activists that currency would have produced greater overall results for Liberty. I can't do much other than wish, though, and I think the trend of these few voices getting 99.9% of the available funding will continue. He who has the biggest audience controls the narrative, even in the alternative media. Notice how many pleas for money each video contains, without fail? At least 2, sometimes more, and then there are the promotions, the payouts, and then the direct donations roll in. And the text area is filled with information .... about how you can send money. These channels have become 50% content, 50% requests for donations.
