Nice haul! Can I get a ride to Costco sometime? I've got money to spend, and Costco helps me bring my monthly bills down, which is really handy when you're on a limited (disabled) budget. My wife and I aren't allowed to drive, and we don't have much local family/friends support. So getting to Costco (40 minute drive) happens maybe once or twice a year. I'd prefer going at least monthly. They have a lot of organic and gluten-free and vegan options.... kind of like what your storage contains, hah. I recognize almost every product there. You can't be too far away.
Careful, those hemp hearts (while excellent nutrition) do go rancid and nasty after a few months. A lot of what I see there is going to need to be eaten and replaced, which takes a bit of effort and time, but it's worth it (as you surely know).
Got any honey, agave nectar, or maple syrup? Lasts forever, goes up in value during hard times, and is always a welcome addition to a pantry/kitchen.
What about some supplements, if you take any regularly? Or even if you don't, stocking a little D3 (for dark times) would be smart. Maybe a B complex, or a multivitamin. Possibly some iron and magnesium.
As you said, water. I need to up my water game as well.
