I think he corrected himself because it wasn't what he meant to say, and has a different meaning than intended. He probably corrected himself at other points in the same speech. But you're right that it's clear that "new world order" is on his mind.
I don't know why it's amusing to you that I pointed out how short your post was. I did so in relation to the length of your off-topic links, offers, etc. What I said is true. Grab a ruler and measure, if you're not sure! Your content was much shorter than your, well, other stuff. Just saying how it looked from somebody checking out your post. You can of course disregard any and all criticism you receive.
