One suggestion...
The food shown here is complete nutrition for humans there is nothing missing. Meat is too expenisve, you say? Then do not buy it. There is no reason to eat meat if it is too expensive. Let the animals live and be happy. If you eat what you have on that table, you will remain healthy - no meat needed!
Save the money you would spend on dead animals, and instead buy the medicine your family needs! That's far more important :)
