Can any of the crypto services you're mentioning be used privately? Decentralized?

Why is that? Why isn't the use of cryptos private or decentralized? How are we going to compete against the fiat world, if we aren't different by being private or decentralized?

I think crypto use should be private and decentralized, otherwise it's not crypto currency, it's just digital currency.
