Move out on your own, like those who qualified for the money. It wouldn't be fair if people like you who live at home get money meant for people who are struggling to pay rent. The money is to keep people from becoming homeless, not to pay for their medical needs. You should apply to the appropriate program for that, not try and get funds meant for other things.
