Who deserves rights? Forget rights, who deserves anything? I've yet to hear good rationale explaining to me why anyone deserves anything at all. What is it to "deserve", anyway? Sounds like one step away from "entitled to".
Been telling people for years they have no rights except those they claim and defend themselves. I don't know where deserve fits into that, if anywhere.
