It was Myclobutanil. Canada had a similar outbreak a few years ago, lawsuits are ongoing. Funny the USA didn't learn a lesson from what happened here, and people had to die. We've known about the dangers of Myclobutanil for years now. It should NEVER be used with cannabis. What's even weirder, is the US media was pointing the finger at vapourization, at THC, at unregulated cannabis, and so on. The culprit was a fungicide.
