Yes. Even if STEEM continues toward zero, and becomes completely worthless, the blockchain itself will still exist. Our posts will still be there (just hard to find/view). There won't be much new activity on the blockchain, but it will still be there. There won't be anyone around to vote, and their votes won't have much effect, if any. But at least price can't destroy the blockchain (just everything else).
