The US Commerce Department announced New Home Sales were down 11.4%. The New Home Median Price was also down 3%, with the inventory being the most since July 2009. Economists view this as a BLIP. With high inventory and dropping prices, I believe this foreshadows the upcoming months unfortunately.

The DJIA was up by 37.7 points or 0.18 % to 20932. The TSX was up 18.48 points or 0.12% to 15476.
