A beautiful girl come to our hospital. She looked very innocent. My Senior asked to take the history of this girl. I started.
Shunayna( A lady with beautiful eyes) was her name. Age 17. She was feeling abdominal discomfort and frequent vomiting tendency. Some time vomit came with boold.. She also complained defication problem with high grade fever. Her weight was decreased gradually for last 8 month.
Than I examined her thoroughly, I found severe anaemia and enlarged liver with tenderness. Her apatite decreased significantly.
Than I discussed the case with my Senior... He gave me a clue that it could be a case of Hepatitis... I felt so sorry for these girl...I gave some investigation along with a HBSAg and Ultrasonography of whole abdomen.
Report showed it was a case of Hepatitis B, and Ultrasonography showed englared lobulated live which means liver chirosis 😥
And it was the last few days for the unlucky girl.

Inflammation of liver parenchyma is called Hepatitis.
Cause
B is more common but C is most dangerous and E is rare. It can be transmitted through blood, food, saliva, semen.
