Less Posting Rewards in Upcoming Steem Hardfork?? What do you guys think?

Recently I've read the Steem 0.21.0 release notes set for approval on August 27, 2019. Within the notes it says that the rewards structure is planning on being changed.

If this update happens, we will only get half of the reward for posting content, instead of 75%. We will receive slightly more for curation, but personally I'm not super happy with this change. What do you guys think? It's possible that this could not be put in effect if some of the witnesses vote against the change.
