Just keep the ISO as low as you can and use an editing plugin like Nik Collection. If you shoot a crop sensor, you will get noticeable noise no matter what you do. But with a fast lens (ideally Belo f2.8) and an ISO around 3000 you should be fine. You can also use long exposure noise reduction if the camera has it.
