I found out (partially) why my video uploading attempts were failing, because even if I tried to do it 4 times, the servers were busy and my video was getting added into a long queue. I was somewhere at #60+, but neither Actifit nor Ecency (which I use to upload my videos) showed any messages about the queue or what's happening with the upload/encode process. Later I found out that if you go and log in to 3speak.tv and then go to this address https://studio.3speak.tv/my-videos you can see the status of your video and the position in the queue. Maybe Actifit
