Today something has gathered again to steps. A big round along the home brooks with the dog have brought me today on nearly 14000 steps and the dog is also clean again.
And of course I have made some sport. Not a lot, but at least a little bit. In the morning some push-ups and in the afternoon some running.
Heute ist wieder einiges an Schritte zusammen gekommen. Eine große Runde entlang der heimischen Bäche mit dem Hund haben mich heute auf fast 14000 Schritte gebracht und der Hund ist auch wieder sauber.
Und natürlich habe ich etwas Sport gemacht. Nicht sehr viel, aber wenigstens ein kleines bisschen. Am Morgen einige Liegestützen und am Nachmittag etwas Laufen.
