ok final pancake statement and then i'm running away from this post! hehe

when I was n UK... Sam's hubby made some pancakes that were unlike anything I've ever had. American pancakes are thicker... maybe more dense. but these were almost like crepes.

kinda like your cover photo... they are much thinner than American pancakes.

but he made them with sugar and lemon and cinnamon. and then rolled them up into like... well, rolls! LOL

and OH MY GOSH. they were to die for. and now i'm even more hungry hahahahahaah
