I believe that there are people who aren't on the greed team as well.

There have been countless suggestions about how to compromise here.

And even @shadowspub made a great point today that the rewards portion of the fork was slipped in at the last second.

And why has it been allowed to continue with so much controversy surrounding it?

Because they can.
That's the bottom line. The system is set up to protect investors first and foremost.

They were smart enough to build an empire within the rules of the system and now they are unstoppable.

The scales are not balanced and never will be at this point. Unless I find $25 million .

Then I would buy up steem, vote all good people in and stay.
