Can you believe it? Already, the first week has come and gone!
We appreciate all the posts that have been submitted so far. Thank you for sharing your memories of your loved ones with us. One thing that came to mind for me, is that this collaboration also serves as a wake-up call for me. I was reminded of how we have our loved ones around us each and every day, yet we start taking them for granted...until we don't have them around anymore.
I truly hope this collaboration has special meaning for you. Maybe you have always wanted to pay tribute to someone...share those special memories, or share how a particular person has impacted your life. I hope this collaboration will give you the opportunity to do just that.
And it doesn't only have to be someone in your family. This week, we are going to expand and make the circle wider. Maybe you had a role model... Maybe it was a friend, a teacher, a neighbor? Someone who has made an indelible impression on you. Someone who had a special impact on your life...whether knowingly or unknowingly. Maybe it's someone who supported you through a tough time or someone who encouraged you to never give up...to reach for your goals. But it's someone who was not related to you.
That's the Beauty and the Power of Memories.

- 🎁 For the FIRST TIME ever, we will NOT be posting the weekly challenge top 5 on Hive for this collaboration. We will also not be giving special rewards for the weekly top 5. Why? Because this is not the type of topic for that. Everyone who participates in this month's challenges will receive a gift from DreemPort. Because EVERY tribute is special and deserves that recognition!

✒️ PROMPT: Using all that I mentioned above, we want to hear and FEEL the tribute to someone special in your life that has passed. This week is specifically for someone outside your family - and once again...that is people OR animals! Yes, we can pay tribute to animals that weren't part of our family!!! This past week I heard a news bulletin where a tribute was brought to a police dog who passed on after facing many dangers while saving many lives on various occasions. Write a post to enter into the Hive Memorial Forest, and share about them - to be memorialized forever, lovingly on the blockchain.
