Your 17yo sounds quite a bit like Ethan. I feel like I've said that before. He also deleted most of his games at different points to minimize distraction and get more organized, and is hugely into fitness. The arm wrestling of course, but he goes to the gym with a buddy and also takes twenty mile hikes a couple times a week :)
