Hm. It's a certain type of city that does this. Because the city of Geneva has excellent roads, they all make sense, and so do their addresses. They keep up on the maintenance of the roads too (Ithaca does Not lol). Geneva hires those with a good reputation, while Ithaca...I think they give out contracts to people with no prior experience XD
