Dreamsonics
Today I was looking out my window to an overcast, dreary scene. The rain was lightly falling on my deck. I could see the reflections of light, glaring off of the water, pooling on the wood. I just thought, wow, that's just beautiful. It amazed me to realize how much beauty is all around us and how it affects us emotionally, if you stop to see it. Like the old saying goes, you better stop and smell the roses once in a while. I try to do this everyday in my life. It is always the little things that keep me going. Like the rain for example. Through the rain, we can see reflections of the world around us. Life has it's perspectives. If we see life for what it really is, then we can recognize all the wondrous features it has to share.
