It was his first time to go property hunting and he absolutely loved it! He got to view a few units in an Ayala Development in Pampanga before he settled on this one.
He loved it so much he was claiming everything as his own already, and even assigned a room for his inexistent "baby sister", I guess it's a subtle hint that he's ready to put an end to being an only child.
