Plantain

Plantains can be used for cooking at any stage of ripeness, but ripe ones can be eaten raw. As the plantain ripens, it becomes sweeter and its colour changes from green to yellow to black, just like bananas. Green plantains are firm and starchy, and resemble potatoes in flavour.

cocoa

cocoa, also called cacao bean, cocoa, and cacao, is the dried and fully fermented seed of Theobroma cacao, from which cocoa solids and, because of the seed's fat, cocoa butter can be extracted.

• Ekiti

• Edo.

Hides and skin

A hide or skin is an animal skin treated for human use. The word "hide" is related to the German word "Haut" which means skin. Common commercial hides include leather from cattle and other livestock animals, buckskin, alligator skin and snake skin. All are used for shoes, clothes and other fashion accessories.

Note: Split leather is leather created from the fibrous part of the hide left once the full and top-grain of the rawhide has been separated from the hide.

Wheat

Sorghum

Sorghum is a genus of flowering plants in the grass family Poaceae. Seventeen of the twenty-five species are native to Australia, with the range of some extending to Africa, Asia, Mesoamerica, and certain islands in the Indian and Pacific Oceans.

Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also made from sorghum.

Tomato

Sugarcane

Sesame
