The whole day may be so rough but here is a new hope for a new day,
some cases we might have encountered a very difficult day, maybe from :

every night whenever you sleep is a signal that a new beginning is awaiting you
But above all we should learn to appreciate the fact that no period is constant, they all move away with time. So you should not have any reason to retain your stress influenced mood.
