FBI is certainly under great pressure to wrap this one quickly, because the longer it goes unsolved, the resulting conspiracy theories will make the whole Epstein affair look like child's play in comparison. And it's better not to think of potential for anger to escalate in spiral of tit-for-tat retaliations on tribal/ideological/sectarian basis.
