What Is DrawMatic?

DrawMatic is an automated and perpetual prize pool draws system, where you buy shares for entry and **they last a lifetime!** Initially, the draws will take place on a weekly basis. As the project gathers steam and the prize pools start growing, the frequency of the draws will be increased. Fueled by revenue generated from the Hive Power when shares are powered-up, the prize pools will be comprised of the accumulated rewards the combined stake obtains.

DrawMatic Structure:

Once you own even a single DrawMatic Share, you will be entered in each and every upcoming prize draw forever after! With increased share size comes an increased probability of winning the prize pools. In a fully automated, random and share-weighted manner, those who hold multiple shares will be more likely to win, with odds proportional to the number of shares held. Additionally, purchased shares will contribute directly to the Hive ecosystem by supporting quality content in a cross-pollination effort with @hive-up. While maximizing the prize pool generation through a delegation to Hive-up, DrawMatic can support the project’s effort to elevate authors who are consistently increasing their stake on chain at the same time.

Obtaining Shares

Whether you want them for yourself, want to distribute them as prizes for contests in your community, or just want to spread some love on chain; getting and sending DrawMatic shares is a very simple and straightforward process. - To buy shares, you simply send any amount of Hive to @drawmatic. Proportional to as many shares as you want to buy. (1 Hive = 1 DrawMatic Lifetime Share) - Including someone's hive account name in the memo, will credit BOTH you AND them with an equal amount of shares. - You may also send any amount of your pre-owned shares to any Hive user from Discord, after you link your Discord username with your Hive account name. This can be done by joining the DrawMatic Discord Server and then starting a DM with the bot account (DrawMatic#5344), or using the commands in the server.

`/gift <Hive Account> <Amount>`	You can send any amount of shares you own to another hive account using this command. You'll be prompted to link your hive account before you're able to send shares the first time. Follow the instructions provided by the bot to do so.
`/info <Hive Account>`	You can check the current prize pool, timing, general draw information, or any specific user share details by providing an optional user name.

!SHARE

- Alternatively, you can gift 1 pre-owned share from your account to someone else on the blockchain by commenting on their post, or replying to their comment. To achieve this, include the !SHARE keyword in your comment somewhere. (All capital letters)
Whenever you purchase shares and include someone else's name in the memo, or send them a share from your pre-owned balance, the person receiving the shares will be notified via a comment. This will appear on their most recent post, unless the share was gifted using the !SHARE command, in which case it will appear on that post.

Notes: DrawMatic shares are non-refundable and will remain so in the foreseeable future. Hive sent to the @drawmatic account for the purpose of buying shares, will be automatically powered-up to the mentioned account and delegated out to @hive-up. A curation project with maximized liquid returns on the curation rewards. Liquid rewards received from the delegation, will fill up the prize pool on a daily basis. Until the (currently weekly) draw happens, which will then reset the pool for the following draw. It doesn't cost you more or take away from the shares your are buying when you include someone's name in the memo when you buy shares. It just spreads the love! 😉
