Phacus pleuronectes is a microorganism with a flattened ellipsoid shape. Its' body is filled with photosynthetic chloroplasts. They have a flagellum the length of their bodies and red light sensitive cells to help them locate sunlight. They are majestic little creatures that float like a leaf falling through air.
