Now, because of a recent suggestion about that the newbies can't participate since as the minimum voting power required is $0.001, around 15 SP. We think the suggestion is valid so we will lower the amount.
Change of Minimum Voting Power Amount To $0.0005
We will change the minimum required voting power to $0.0005, around 5 SP, so that newbies can participate more easily. The amount of cards you get will be like this: $0.0005 - $0.009 = 1 Card
$0.0100 - $0.099 = 2 Cards
$0.1000 - $0.249 = 3 Cards
$0.2500 - $0.499 = 4 Cards
Over $0.500 = 5 Cards
