I think the leaderboards need to be redesigned. I'm new to splinterlands, but I can see that the way the leaderboards are stacked is going to harm the longevity of splinterlands. When bronze tourneymant leader has 166,000 power, no beginner player will ever think they have any chance of topping the leaderboard - ever. That will keep newed interest lower than it should. Just my opinion.
