I am a big fan of conspiracy theories though I am not a big believer in them, really I just find it interesting to see the ideas people come up with and how they rationalize things. There are a lot of theories you can tell straight of that bat are just fiction but then there are some that are hard to disprove or prove and a small portion that turn out to be true. I am going to be posting a series of blogs discussing a range of theories and sharing my opinion on them.
UFOs, more specifically UFOs with extra terrestrial origin visiting earth. There are stories going back from as soon as humans could document what they see all the way to present day depicting aliens visiting earth and for the most part coming in flying saucers. I am not going to talk about any of the well known sightings but rather the actual idea that extra terrestrials are visiting earth and its being covered up.
So we have two points aliens visiting earth and some government or hidden group attempting to cover up the aliens and their craft.
Aliens:
Personally I do believe that there are aliens dotted throughout the universe with likely varying levels of intelligence and technology. Why and how would aliens visit earth? To be able to visit earth an alien civilization would have to have extremely advanced technology thousands of years ahead of what we have today on earth, this is entirely possible for a race to be so advanced however they would have no reason to visit earth.
If an alien race was so advanced they could easily have no interest in coming to earth, we would have absolutely nothing they need, no resource on earth is exclusive to earth it can all be found else where in much higher quantities. Also if they were advanced enough to get to earth they wouldn't need us as slaves because they could just create much more efficient machines. Maybe they are just interested in watching us live our lives, like one big reality TV show.
There is also the possibility that we are the most or one of the most advanced civilizations thus far in the universe, maybe there are many alien races but they are just at a similar or lesser point than humans in technology. Or perhaps they just have no interest or need in leaving where they are from.
The Government:
There is a similar trend in a large amount of conspiracies that the government are hiding something huge from us, in the case of UFOs this is a very popular opinion. People always claim that the government has captured aliens, tested them and stolen tech from their crafts.
Many sightings of UFOs happen to be in a close proximity to military bases, theorists say this is because the army takes these crafts, test them takes their tech and so on, I would say that it is much more likely that the military is testing new types of crafts they are working on and don't want to announce for many reasons. If you are creating a new aircraft you would want to keep it pretty hush hush, one because it takes time to get things fully functional with all the testing and so on, two you wouldn't want info on the specs and more coming out.
All this could be true as governments do hide a lot from their people, however for governments to hide something such as aliens it would mean that every government in the world would have to work together to cover up this secret throughout every single war, dispute, change of leadership and so on.
For this to be true it would mean that absolutely everything is fake all governments, elections and wars are just a sham to help cover up that their are aliens. It just doesn't seem like the best option to me, surely it would be easier to just say aliens exists.
My Opinion:
There just seems to be no logical reason for why aliens would visit earth or if they did why would they not just announce that they are hear? What would be the point in them sneaking around occasionally abducting someone to do some tests when for one they could just steal all the information we have on our computers and find all they need or just walk around freely seeing as they would be so much more advanced than us we would not pose much of a threat.
For my opinion on governments I think they hide a lot from us but not something on this scale that would take so much coordination time and effort, what reason would they have to put in some much work to cover these things up. Then even if it were true it would be such a logistical nightmare with all the political leaders changing so regularly with so many different views etc. Even if it was some organization above the government it would just become even harder to cover.
So for extra terrestrials visiting earth I have to say I am not a believer however I do believe there is intelligent life else where in the cosmos. Do you believe Aliens walk among us? Comment Vote and follow for more.
