If you think about it, excuses are often nothing more than an expression of fear: "I'm frightened I don't have the time," or "I'm afraid to step out of my comfort zone," or "I'm afraid of what people will think," or "I'm afraid I can't do it," or "I don't think it's my nature."
When you remove the fear behind these excuses (when you stop worrying), you create the space and confidence to move forward.
Successful people with full lives must face the same frustrations and hurdles we fear. Rather than feeling defeated or immobilized by their fears and worries, successful people conquer them. Courage is best described as being afraid and "doing it anyway."
