This is quite an interesting opinion. It would be nice if the webinar can be organized.
In my opinion tho, i think any newbie can learn all you mentioned, either my searching and reading about hive online, or by searching for posts here with related topics.
Believe me so many posts have been dropped here with regards to all you mentioned.
