I think it's important have the receiver account and amount visible on the QRCode.
Payer just have to scan the QRCode, check amount and receiver, confirm tx and magic happens!
In Portugal we already are able to pay cash with mobile app and an associated debit or credit card.
Qrcode with amount visible on store ATM, scan and that's all. The same app can send cash to other people with the App, generate a code to get cash in ATM without card, create a temporary credit card, etc.
