Hi guys!
Today I decided to share with you how you can create an animated separator to your hive blog.
So I'm posting in Built-it Community a DIY community on Hive.
Here we go, step by step
I will use GifMaster App for Android, an awesome gif App with keyframing "like.." After Effects, and try to explain all steps, sorry for the menus in portuguese but I'm sure you will be able to manage in your language.
1st Step
Open GifMaster, use AE Make option in first screen to create a new project and change gif size to 1200x100.
2nd Step
Create/Add a form.
In properties options change size, colors, etc (explore all properties if you like).
3rd Step
Add Text object and change properties as you like.
Add hive logo, you can get transparent hive logo here: https://hive.io/brand.
4th Step
This is the step where magic happen lol
Selecting one of object added to your project you have a transform option, this is where we will work with keyframing.
Let's play with form (for text and hive logo use also this step)
In timeline (this gif is 4sec long) you can change for example different positions for different time place in gif.
As you can see in the images below I start with the form out of view and in second 1 form moves to center of image by changing x value.
In this keyframe I choose option Easeout to make the movement to center of image smother.
Repeat this step for text and hive logo making changes as you wish and like.
Next imagem shows objects in different positions inside 4sec window.
And here is the final result
GifMaster is more than this so this is a very simple animation just to show you an example and final result.
Hope I explained the better I could but if you have doubts please let me know.
Explore yourself all about GifMaster and share it to see how it goes with gif animations ;)
