I was wondering if there would be pressure for it to rise. I say that because SBD is limited to a certain percentage of the value of Steem. When it exceeds that limit - part of the author rewards are paid

The way the Dogs of the Dow theory works - is you buy a Dog today and sell it in 12 months time. The theory is the market over corrects of the downside so you benefit from a bounce back effect.

Be warned before you invest. The Dogs of the Dow theory says we should add Procter & Gamble Co. (NYSE: PG) to our portfolio (and we did), but there are lots of articles like this one saying not to.

Exactly - that is why I am posting the price as I add them to the portfolio, so we can look back in a year and see if it worked or not. There are a bunch of academic studies that says it works on average
