I actually always have quite a few Pokémon in stock. I have a few categories, as I store them up.
- jj as name: These are for my buddy, who is still missing these as Lucky Pokémon for his collection
- xx as a name: These are for everyone, i.e. my trading list with rarer Pokémon, Pokémon above level 30 and Raid Relevant Pokémon that are worth trading.
- ll as name: The trading list for Legendary Pokémon.
- ee as name: These are trash Pokémon, but I can evolve them for a few XP.
- 0 as name: The Trash Pokémon that can't be Evolved or traded. These are deleted when there is a shortage of space, or serve as Cannon Fodder for Arenas.
The Pokémon that have their normal names and their IV value behind them are my Pokémon that I keep for my collection. These are usually the ones for my Battle Teams and anything over 91% IV. But only the Pokémon with the highest IV value are kept.
If I were to delete all the jj, xx, ll, ee, and 0, I would only have around 800 to 1000 Pokémon (if any). And all lists together are currently at almost 3000 pieces. Yes, I am scratching at the storage limit on some days. :D
Yes, it's a bit of a hassle, but it's always there when I or a buddy needs something for events.
