Today I drew, Luffy's Gear 4th.
As we all know Luffy has developed several Gears to improve his battle prowess and his tactical ability while fighting.
Gear Fourth is a technique first seen in Luffy's battle against Donquixote Doflamingo. Wherein, he has won the battle.
