At this time the market is unpredictable or lets say the charts are being hard to study. Big so called analyst are predicting Just opposite because its the manupulation time frame. No one know what is down point but we can expect huge uptrend one day simmilar to 2017 end .. The right time for whales to enter in big amount is when people loss their Hope and sell their BTC in big amout. may BTC follow some dip to make people think its useless but please dont sell it in panic.
I have 1.5BTC bought when last price drop to around 6K im not gonno sell this coin if it falls below 1K also. simmilarly thousands of small investor may have .5BTC to 5BTC (around) if they also didnot sell their coin in panic the whales cannot enter in bear market made by us but they themself will be in loss and they have to recover themself by investing in some big amount and that will be the time we will exit and dump their money.
So hold Hold HOld until you get some good profit because every one believe that crypto is not gonna dead.
