In steemit you are not allowed to post the copied content or blogs, If you copied content from the internet the bot named "cheetah" will immediately comment on your post claiming that your post is copied from the following source. cheetah is a automatic steemit bot which see the copied content and detect it immediately and if you have earned from that post that will be canceled . So do not copy the blog from any internet source if you did so you should give the link of that content as a source.
In steemit you should not do same comment on different post if you did so the steemit will detect that you are not reading the content and just upvoting and commenting. So you should first read the content and comment related to the blog or raise the question to the blogger so that he/she will reply to your comment and you can increase your reputation very fast.
You should not request anyone to upvote your post in comment section, it may result in slow growth in your reputation. you can request him in private or in facebook,tweeter,watsapp etc.
